“Test fits”, or “feasibility plans”, are the very first chance clients get to evaluate a prospective new office space. And yet, test fits are traditionally comprised of a single, 2-dimensional space plan. The problem is, most clients struggle to read a space plan – never mind understand the spatial relationship, scale and flow such an offering provides. In short, our industry asks people to evaluate listings with a tool that offers them little insight and almost zero inspiration.
