3 SPACE PLANS + VIRTUAL TOUR
“Test fits”, or “feasibility plans”, are the very first chance clients get to evaluate a prospective new office space.
And yet, test fits are traditionally comprised of a single, 2-dimensional space plan. The problem is, most clients struggle to read a space plan – never mind understand the spatial relationship, scale and flow such an offering provides. In short, our industry asks people to evaluate listings with a tool that offers them little insight and almost zero inspiration.
As one of Canada’s largest independent interior design firms, we’ve decided to “plus things up” a bit and offer a little more choice and a lot more “wow”.
With Test Fit+, Bennett Design is adding 3 space plan options as part of every Test fit. That’s two more options, right out of the gate. What’s more, once a preferred plan is selected, we “plus it up” with a fly-through – a 3D virtual tour … all for the industry standard price of $0.15 / sq ft.
